Jackson Hole Airport Closure
Jackson Hole Airport is getting a brand new runway this Spring, and will be closed from April 11 through June 27, 2022. JAC’s runway is in need of a full reconstruction. The asphalt runway at JAC has been rehabbed four times since it was originally constructed in the late 1970’s and it was due for a total reconstruction.

Bluegrass Tuesday’s in the Silver Dollar Showroom at the historic Wort Hotel has been bringing locals and visitors together for 15 years, year-round, through the music of One Ton Pig; 7-10:30 p.m.

Wyoming Stargazing – Thursdays
Free, year-round, public stargazing events on Thursdays beginning approx. one hour after sunset at the Stilson Parking Lot (Village Road Transit Center) in Jackson Hole, Wyoming (when the temperature is above zero degrees Fahrenheit!). There is $10/person recommended donation.

Town Square Shootout
The Town Square Shootout, presented by The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and produced by The Jackson Hole Playhouse, runs Memorial Day weekend – Labor Day weekend, 6-7 pm nightly, except Sundays.

THE RANCH TOUR
Jackson’s original ranching families will tour attendees on their working ranches, explain the history of their century-old businesses, and showcase everyday tasks like cattle branding. Family-style dinner will be served in the field at the final ranch, featuring a farm-to-table meal with ingredients from local farms and ranches – tickets available through the Chamber of Commerce.

Jackson Hole Rodeo
Rodeo has been a part of Jackson Hole’s cowboy culture since the first settlers arrived over 100 years ago. Rodeos are Wednesdays and Saturdays through Labor Day, with additional rodeos every Friday in July and August. Jackson Hole Rodeo starts at 8 pm rain or shine!

OLD WEST BREWFEST
A celebration of an age-old craft. Breweries from around the mountain west gather on the Jackson Hole Town Square from 11am to 4pm to compete for the Golden Boot, a people’s choice award. $50 mugs provide entry into the event and taste samples all day. Free, live music will be rockin’ on Town Square during this event, and family entertainment will be available all day.

OLD WEST DAYS
Old West Days is Jackson Hole’s tribute to our Western Heritage. It’s more than just a tribute though, it’s a time to celebrate it and experience it. Get the perfect spot to view the Old West Day Parade, starting at 10am, that culminates on Town Square with western activities including live western music, swing dancing, walking tours to learn about Jackson Hole’s history, children’s activities, and more.

PLEIN AIR FEST
More than 40 invited artists are given one day to create new masterpieces en plein air (outside). They paint from the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s Sculpture Trail from 9am to 1pm with stupendous views overlooking the National Elk Refuge. All visitors are welcome to watch the painters, and collectors are invited to browse and bid on the fresh artworks.

Professional and novice writers from Jackson Hole, The United States, and around the world, attend the conference each year. Teton Mountain Runs

PAWS OF JACKSON HOLE – TUXES & TAILS GALA
Like the MET Gala, this event from 6 to 10pm at the Center for the Arts welcomes four-legged fashionistas, canine celebrities, and pet paragons of all ages, mixed breeds, and sizes.
