GROUPS AND CONVENTIONS
The Virginian Lodge is an ideal place to hold your group event or convention. The convention center being one of the larger facilities in Jackson Hole can accommodate up to 370 people or can be divided for smaller groups. Catering is available through The Virginian Restaurant. Typically The Virginian hosts corporate groups, weddings and receptions, reunions, trade shows, car shows, and tour groups.
Guest rooms are available at group rates for 20 rooms or more either in conjunction with a convention center event or separately. A block of rooms can be set aside for your event so that individuals can call in and reserve their own rooms out of the block or it can be set up so that the organization pays for all the rooms. Either way the layout of the property lends itself very well to group activities.
